Hi there. I recently (with a year) purchased my lovely home that I love. The main reason we fell in love with THIS home is because of the privacy. We live on a dead end street, our neighbors are quite a ways down the street from us, nothing behind us except state owned land. Well, we found out that the state is going to be selling this land, that starts about 3-4 feet from our back door. This is a big problem for me since my 2 kids play in the back yard and we enjoy our privacy back there. They aren’t sure if they are selling it as one big piece or in lots. If in lots, about how much per lot would it be? I know I can’t afford it as a whole for sure. I know if someone buys it as a whole I’m probably gonna have a damn Hotel or gas station in my backyard. PLEASE HELP, I’m freaking out about this!
